		<description>As a 54 year old CF female, it is encouraging to see some research to substantiate the benefits not only of serious weight lifting, but also the benefits of short duration, high intensity work outs. I hope to see more such research on which evidence future training can be based. By the way, my current PR on the push jerk is 95 lbs.</description>
