		<description>THANK YOU for posting this - I had searched Google for anything relatable for my pre-teen who wanted to start strength training, but was coming up short - I wanted body weight and compound exercises, and it seemed &quot;others&quot; were pushing machines and isolation movements.  This fits the bill, she&#039;s ready to hit the Y tonight!</description>
