Howdy folks,

Anyone interested in a Toronto Stumptuous seminar? I’d like to get something going for this summer. Reply in the comments if you’re geographically available and interested, and what you’d like to cover in a workshop.

    Ooh! I’m interested!! But I’m in Cambridge, Massachusetts – how about a webinar or something? It’s just not fair for Toronto to have all the fun!

    Hey Krista,

    If boys are invited, I would definitely love to attend a Stumptuous seminar. If not, I will simply grill you for info the next time I see you!

    Ha! Same here here, I’m in Cambridge too!

    I’m also not in Toronto and would love it if you considered a Webinar. Or maybe have both? For those close to you and then a Webinar for your fans far and wide?

    Me too. But I’m in California… I guess you’ll have a workshop without me. :-(

    I’m interested!! And close, just an hour away. As for topic, well I’m open to anything, but something with a hands-on component would be good. Discussion of current fitness trends and a sample workout (kettleballs? equalizers? pure, unadulterated body weight?). Either way, I’d be in!

    depending on the topic I would be interested provided that my attendance would not be seen as a transgression of a female space. Lord knows there are enough spaces dealing with fitness devoted exclusively to men, so I can sit this one out with no hard feelings if needs be. Plus my partner will probably go so she can tell me all about it!

    I am most definitely interested in whatever you might do seminar-wise.

    I’m not a BJJ person but any strength stuff and/or food stuff is most definitely up my alley.

    I’d love a webinar as I’m in Pennsylvania. I’d be interested in strength training information(some bodyweight training focus would be cool)and dietary information for those us who who are seeking to really transform our physique (or lack thereof).

    I’m in Toronto and I’d be totally interested. I’d love to learn more in the area of martial arts conditioning workouts.

    Exciting! I’m in the area and interested.
    Topics of particular interest to me include:
    – injuries: rehabbing them, adapting to them, moving past them;
    – conditioning, especially workouts you can do with minimal equipment both in and out of the gym;
    – exercise “alternatives”, i.e. variations on movements to have in my backpocket for when the boys are hogging all the equipment :<

    That said, I’m interested in anything fitness and nutrition related because I can never educate myself too much.

    I also like Angela’s idea of a hands-on component.

    I’m in Toronto and would be very interested in learning about weight training, diet, and probably anything else you would choose to discuss.

    I started reading you this winter as I began working out with weights again, which I enjoy a lot. Coincidentally, right after reading a comment here about this topic, I was told by my doctor that I should not be lifting more than 3-pound weights. !!! I’m completely able-bodied, injury-free and in my thirties. I’m officially on the market for some better advice!
