Hello Krista! The link to Spezzatino magazine is broken on my site and just now I saw that it's broken on your site also. I guess when it's fixed from your end it will automatically be fixed on my site too.

Thanks!

I've read Mindless Eating and have used a lot of the techniques to get people eating the right stuff (protein on tap, for example), as well as ditching the wrong stuff. I'll check out the Beck book -- diet title be damned! Thanks.

Geoff, you might be interested in reading Judith Beck's book The Beck Diet Solution. Yes, it's titled as a "diet book", but she's the daughter of the guy who invented cognitive behavioural therapy (and she's written a textbook on CBT herself). It's an excellent, accessible analysis of the cognitive factors that shape problem nutrition behaviours. Another useful resource is Brian Wansink's Mindless Eating: mindlesseating.org

Subscribed for a year. Having seen first-hand how little nutritional knowledge ultimately has to do with dietary change (i.e. stopping us from reverting to the familiar), I'm looking forward to Issue 4 in particular.
