I like the part where they talked about “current recommended exercise levels” selling older people short and being too mild.
A friend says he wants to live fast and die young….as late as possible..
what I see in my mums retirement village is sad, they all look like, ” income generating components of a vast drug/medical empire”,
I think in age and exercise they have only just started looking..(not enough profit in this research)

At age 65 I am just starting to get good at power lifting. I first read “Stumptuous” several years ago, and was encouraged to stop doing curls in the power rack an begin to do squats instead. Thanks to Mistress Krista I am in better shape now than I was 30 years ago.

I loved this article! Her workout would kick my butt probably and I’m in my thirties.

The part I love is when she says “I’m not ready to start a new career” At 90!
