Last day of first week

Yesterday was my high-carb refeed day. I feel yucky today.
This is the last day of my “easy” week, which is good because I just don’t feel like I trained very much last week. Next week is marked “hard’ and it involves a lot more conditioning and longer strength sessions, but with the same diet as this past week… including the fasting day. Shouldn’t be a big deal, though: I’m used to training fasted.
Gotta head to the gym….

I have started reading about intermittent fasting recently. It seems from your post that your doing some kind of intermittent fasting (maybe eat-stop-eat?). I would like you to tell me what do you think about the whole IF thing and what have you been your experiences with IF.

I did IF awhile back when I was heavily into atkins – the Low Carb forum as a huuuge thread about it over at http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=357494 (actually, that’s one of 4 huuuuuuge threads).
It didn’t quite harmonize with my karma, but did get me into eating smarter.
