Fabulous website! I&#039;ve found some really good tips here. I recently injured my knee a little skiing. (An MCL sprain, I suspect) As far as injuries go, it really is very mild and I don&#039;t want to turn into a couch potato waiting for it to heal, but obviously I don&#039;t want to damage it by doing too much at the gym. Can you recommend any leg exercises that don&#039;t place too much strain on the knee? I&#039;m not sure if doing squats are going to help or hinder right now.
