		<description>While I won&#039;t presume to speak for anyone else, I would imagine that fitness and BJJ is (one of) OMGBFFA&#039;s hobby.  If you think of fitness and training as something you have to do, it sucks, but if it&#039;s something you want to do, it gets lots easier.  Turning off the TV helps too.</description>

		<description>It should be regular sprints, but I&#039;ve also done things like stairs, sled drags and kettlebell swings. I&#039;m finding access to a treadmill... problematic. Given that Geoff doesn&#039;t actually have one. :)</description>
