Halen Scott Cinnamon arrived at 1 p.m. on June 27, after 27 hours of labour by Elissa. Between throwing up, unsuccessful self-hypnosis, creative cursing, and having strangers poke and prod her, Elissa said that labour was super fun and advised all first-time moms to choose natural childbirth.

On hand for the birth were Sean, Krista and Tammy, who helped with leg holding, brow mopping, ice fetching, and mocking Dr. Perfect after she told Elissa that Elissa's pushing skills were substandard.

Halen got good ratings on his debut and continues to demonstrate excellence in lung strength, crying endurance, explosive excretion, and kicking. Auntie Krista has secretly nicknamed him Wrinkle Dog.
