Day 1: Pretty much like Day 0, except with soaking bath

Today John informed me that, due to my high volume of training in this program, it will be critical for me to focus on my rest and recovery. He prescribed a nightly care and feeding of the parasympathetic nervous system using techniques like a long, hot bath with candles and music.

Best. Training program. Ever.

    He forgot the 2 must-have points:

    1.) Hot coffee by the bathtub side. With Sweetleaf flavoring, preferably English toffee.

    2.) Aromatherapy (sandalwood and damask rose works best! NOTE – do NOT use cinnamon essential oil – I made that mistake ONCE by mistake and the resulting red welts kinda sort smooshed any benefits I might have enjoyed)

    Rinse and repeat as necessary. :)

    I do extensive training with dark chocolate! Since it has less sugar, I can maintain my fighting weight!
