Eating healthier = apple,cherries,bananas etc.

		<description>Great post!  This is the biggest problem America faces: enhanced insulin levels in the face of diminished insulin sensitivity.  Look at the grocery store, people buy these artificially sweetened drinks by the cases.  But, the soft drink manufacturers know how addicting the sweet taste is.  People need their fix.
